To be eligible to apply for the therapist position, you:

Must have completed a Masters degree.

Must have a Nevada license as a MFT, CPC or CSW intern or be a fully licensed MFT, CPC or LCSW in Nevada.

Must have some clinical experience with DSM 5 diagnoses.

Must be able to work independently.
Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) worker:
This position is great for those looking to get experience in the mental health field. Our team of Coordinators support PSR workers in their work.
PSR workers:
-
Meet weekly/daily with clients as required, to ensure their needs are met. Involves meeting one on one interaction with client, many times in a non-controlled environment. Must be able to independently assess situations and to quickly modify scheduled outings as needs change.

Review the file, treatment plan and cultural considerations from the referring worker.
-
Responsible for developing and facilitating group activities when appropriate.
-
Maintain daily service logs of all client related activities using approved progress notes format.
-
Submit payroll and billing information timely and accurately.
-
Attend all mandatory meetings/training sessions.
Minimum qualifications for PSR workers:
-
Must possess a Bachelor’s level college degree or Associate’s level degree and four years experience working with treatment level children, or in a social worker related field.

A valid Nevada driver’s license and access to personal automobile with required insurance coverage is required.
-
Must be able to complete a criminal justice and a child abuse registry check as required by state rules.

Must work independently.
-
Demonstrate the ability to prioritize, sort and organize; perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

Demonstrate strong written, verbal and analytical skills.
-
Must be able to independently make decisions demonstrating sound judgment.
-
Demonstrate the ability and willingness to assume additional tasks.
Night or Swing Shift (part-time) for group home:
-
Reporting directly to the TCRP Home Manager/Case Manager, a night staff worker is responsible for supervision, safety, and general custodial care to youth living in the TCRP home.
-
Swing Shift and Night Staff workers must be available to work flexible and non-traditional hours. Typical schedules run 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. or 11:00 pm-7:00 am.

Swing Shift and Night Staff assist and instruct TCRP residents with daily living skills, including personal hygiene and household management.
-
Perform 3 nightly room checks and assist residents with daily living skills and household management.
-
Record and report observations and complete required documentation.
-

Experience with the Juvenile Justice System and/or high risk youth is a plus!
